It’s our final 2012 installment of “5 Questions”!!! And I couldn’t be more greatful than to have Chef Sarah Worley with Biscuit Love Truck take a few moments to answer a them for us!!
What is your favorite holiday dessert?
Our favorite holiday dessert has to be peppermint bark. It was the first thing Karl and I made together, it’s sentimental.
The President comes to your truck and he only has time to try 1 item. What do you serve him?
The Princess. It’s a Nashville tradition and truly representative of what Biscuit Love is all about, pairing Southern favorites with a true Southern staple, the biscuit.
What has been the most rewarding to you as a food truck owner/operator?
The response to our food. Opening any restaurant, even one on wheels, means putting something out there that you have poured a little of yourself into, so getting the feedback has been truly rewarding.
What is your biggest challenge as a food truck owner/operator?
Learning to let go. As a chef/owner it’s easy to get caught up in the details, and learning to ride out the “bumps in the road” has been a learning curve.
Any “Food Truck Resolutions” for 2013?
Biscuit Love is going carb free for 2013…. Nah, what fun would that be?
Thank you so much to Sarah for taking the time out to answer our 5 questions!! I cannot wait to visit Biscuit Love in 2013!! More Bonuts Please!!!!
Just a note: Saturday, December 22nd is the FINAL OUTING OF 2012 for Biscuit Love!!! So if you haven’t have Biscuit Love yet in 2012, that is your last day this year to do so!! So make sure to get to the Franklin Farmer’s Market at The Factory from 8 AM – Noon!
